This package is perfect for couples who have completed their planning and want professional coordination for their special day.
Hiring a professional planner and coordinator is the best way to ensure your vision comes to life while you embrace every moment. Our wedding planner will begin working with you no later than 8 weeks before your wedding to assess, organize, and perfect every detail. We'll coordinate communications with your vendors, create a comprehensive itinerary for vendors and your bridal party, prepare your floor plan and day-of execution plan, and finalize meetings with your venue and vendors. On your wedding day, your dedicated coordinator will be onsite to oversee everything.
Timing: Book anytime during your planning process, but no later than 10 weeks before your wedding.
-----Your Day (Reception Only)
Planning Meetings: Two web-based planning meetings (up to 2 hours each) with your lead wedding planner, starting as early as 8 weeks before your wedding day.
Online Planning Access: 24-hour access to our planning platform to manage your guest list, checklists, wedding documents, and more.
Final Wrap-up Meeting: Approximately 2 weeks before your wedding.
Etiquette Tips & Resources: Access to valuable etiquette tips and resources.
Detailed Checklists: Wedding Day Checklist and Bridal Party Checklists.
Custom Floor Plan Creation
Comprehensive Timelines: Creation and execution of a full Wedding Day Timeline and Vendor Set-Up Schedule.
Vendor & Venue Confirmation: Confirmation of venue and all vendors.
Rental Coordination: Confirm all orders, set-up, and delivery times for rental items (linens, place settings, props, furniture, etc.).
Onsite Coordination: Coordinate and oversee vendor set-up and clean-up at the event site.
Personal Item Set-Up: Set up day-of personal items (place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors).
Banquet & Catering Liaison: Team up with your banquet captain/catering staff regarding setups, floor plans, and meal selections.
Entertainment Coordination: Work with the DJ on coordinating intros, first dance, welcomes, toasts, blessings, dinner, cake cutting, etc.
Guest Send-Off Coordination
Item Collection: Gather all personal items, gifts, and wedding items and turn them over to the designated party.
Emergency Kit: Use of the Your Events by L&L Emergency Kit.
Professional Staff: Your Events by L&L Event Manager (Full Day) and one event assistant, providing up to nine hours of service each.
Payment Disbursement: Disburse final payments and gratuities to vendors.

Includes all the services listed in the "Your Day" Package, plus:
Additional Planning Meeting: To develop your ceremony timeline and structure.
Rehearsal Assistance: Assist the Officiant and/or conduct ceremony rehearsal with the bridal party and family.
Ceremony Music & Cues: Communicate ceremony song selections with musicians and cue the wedding party for the processional.
Guest & Material Flow: Assist with guest flow and distribution of ceremony materials.
Ceremony Item Set-Up: Set up the ceremony with personal items (unity candles, programs, baskets, tissues, memory vases, etc.).
Ceremony Vendor Oversight: Oversee ceremony vendors' set-up and clean-up.
Additional Assistant: Event Assistant for the Ceremony.
