Our Month-of Planning & Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who want their ceremony and reception to flow seamlessly from start to finish. We step in eight weeks before your wedding day to organize, confirm, and refine every detail, allowing you to relax and be fully present on your wedding day.
From vendor communication and timelines to floor plans, rehearsal support, and day-of execution, we manage it all — so your vision unfolds exactly as planned.
Booking Requirement: Services must be reserved at least 10 weeks prior to your wedding date.
An Onboarding Meeting to assess your progress to date, offer professional advice and recommendations, identify any gaps, and outline next steps
Two virtual planning meetings (up to 2 hours each), beginning up to 8 weeks before your wedding
A final wrap-up meeting approximately two weeks before the wedding
An additional planning meeting focused on ceremony flow and structure
24/7 access to our online planning platform for timelines, checklists, and documents
Etiquette guidance and curated planning resources
Detailed wedding day and bridal party checklists
Custom ceremony and reception floor plans
A comprehensive wedding day timeline and vendor setup schedule
Confirmation of all vendors and venue logistics
Rental coordination for décor, linens, furniture, and delivery timing
Ceremony rehearsal coordination with the officiant, wedding party, and family
Ceremony music coordination and cueing of the wedding party
On-site coordination for ceremony and reception
Oversight of vendor setup, event flow, and breakdown
Setup of personal items for ceremony and reception (programs, unity items, place cards, favors, guest book, cake accessories, memory details, etc.)
Coordination with catering and banquet staff for smooth meal service
DJ and entertainment coordination for processional cues, entrances, dances, toasts, blessings, cake cutting, and special moments
Guest flow, seating assistance, and send-off coordination
Collection and return of personal items and gifts
Lead Event Manager plus an Event Assistant
Up to 9 hours of coverage per team member
Use of the Your Events by L&L emergency kit
Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities (as provided)
