Intimate weddings are true romance, pretty much stress-free and easy on the wallet. You invite a small number of people (up to 50), pick a Monday - Thursday afternoon, get an officiant and then say I Do to the Love of Your Life.

Our intimate package gives you up to three hours for your ceremony and reception and with the help of our trusted vendors, everything is handled for you, so you get to truly enjoy your day.

Here is what is included:

    • Room Rental
    • Ceremony (includes 20 minute Prelude and 20 minute ceremony) - starting at 11 am
    • Reception - from 11:40 am to 2:00 pm
    • Ceremony Decor featuring draped arch, aisle runner, up to 10 aisle silk floral or lanterns / cylinders with flame-less real look wax candles and covered chairs for ceremony
    • Personal Fresh Floral - Hydrangea and Rose Mix for your Bridal and Maid of Honor Bouquets, Bouts for the Groom and Best Man, Ring Bearer Pillow and Flower Girl Basket with Rose Petals and Throw Away Bouquet**
    • Photographer (2 hours)
    • DJ (3 hours)
    • Day of Coordination for Ceremony and Reception - including three hours of planning time, vendor management, set up and breakdown, placement of personals (guest books, favors, picture frames, etc.), floor plan preparation, place cards, day of itinerary, lineups, formalities and oversight of all vendors
    • Cake and Cake Cutting (includes cake plates and utensils)**
    • Sparkling Cider Toast (includes toasting flutes)**
    • Tables and banquet style chairs, floor length table cloths, satin runner, chair cover and sash and specialty linens for your cake, sweetheart, entrance and gift tables
    • Your choice of submerged laytex floral cylinder centerpieces with floating candles, gold candelabra with real touch laytex rose topper or silver lighted branches, centerpiece mirror and table numbers**
    • Fresh flower arrangement for sweetheart table and full sweetheart table set (toasting flutes, glass chargers, upgraded linens, Mr. and Mrs. and floating candles in cylinders)**
    • Beautiful single draped backdrop for behind the sweetheart table**
    • Your Choice of up to 4 Butler Passed Hors d'oeuvre or pasta food station handled by an approved caterer (includes servers, soft drinks, cups, upgraded glassware, chinaware and silverware)**

Up to 20 Guests: $2,865 (cider toast and cake) or $3,535 (cider toast, cake and food)

Up to 35 Guests: $3,090 (cider toast and cake) or $4,165 (cider toast, cake and food)

Up to 50 Guests: $3,280 (cider toast and cake) or $4,780 (cider toast, cake and food)
